No over processed food.

  • Cut out all the bleached white sugar, flour, pasta and rice. Instead use molasses, spelt or buckwheat flour, any grains (quinoa, millet, buckwheat, barley) and wild brown rice.
  • Cut out on any junk food. NO JUNK FOOD. It gives you cancer, cardiovascular deceases, depression (just to name a few) plus it makes you fat. Instead go for a salad bowl with some light virgin olive oil dressing. You can find salad place at any corner.
  • No artificial colors. No colorful artificial food like colorful yogurts, colorful candies, colorful drinks or any ice tea, ice cream and etc. It gives you cancer, cardiovascular deceases, depression (just to name a few) plus it makes you fat.   • No “healthy” or unhealthy over processed foods. No bottled smoothies (contain caramel coloring, pectin, fructose, xanthan gum), no sports drinks (contains wood rosin and artificial dyes), no tofu (contains magnesium sulfate) or anything that has been overly massed, boiled, dried and packaged. I am not even going to start on unhealthy packed foods. It gives you cancer, cardiovascular deceases, depression (just to name a few) plus it makes you fat.
