Why 25 minutes? First of all, it’s easy to find 25 minutes even in the craziest agenda. Also, you can simply combine 30-40 minutes of GLAMNESS Cardio Dance with 25 minutes of booty workout to achieve amazing results.

A lot of my clients complain about joint pains, therefore I tried to design a specific set of booty exercises that will ease the load on your knees.

You do need to exercise your booty not only to shape your booty but to avoid cellulite. Exercising your booty increases blood flow in your glutes that promotes cellulite prevention.
